Method

  1. Mix the food colouring into the water to dissolve.

  2. Add the chocolate chunks into the Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix, add the water and mix to a dough.

  3. Roll into 60g balls, flatten slightly and place into the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.

  4. Bake on 150°C for 12-14 minutes until cooked.

  5. Allow to cool.

  6. Top with Macphie Cream Cheese Frosting and red velvet pieces.
