Recipe Cream cheese loaded red velvet cookie
Ingredients
- Macphie Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- Red velvet pieces
- 1g red food colouring
- 120g water
- White chocolate chunks
Method
Mix the food colouring into the water to dissolve.
Add the chocolate chunks into the Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix, add the water and mix to a dough.
Roll into 60g balls, flatten slightly and place into the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour.
Bake on 150°C for 12-14 minutes until cooked.
Allow to cool.
Top with Macphie Cream Cheese Frosting and red velvet pieces.
