Method

  1. Add the Macphie Crème Brûlée into the ISI Gun and charge with 1 gas canister. Shake well for 10 seconds.

  2. Make a double espresso and stir in the brown sugar until dissolved (to taste).

  3. Top the brown sugar espresso with the siphoned Macphie Crème Brûlée and serve.
