Recipe Crème Brûlée brown sugar espresso

Ingredients
- Macphie Crème Brûlée
- Double espresso
- Brown sugar

Method
Add the Macphie Crème Brûlée into the ISI Gun and charge with 1 gas canister. Shake well for 10 seconds.
Make a double espresso and stir in the brown sugar until dissolved (to taste).
Top the brown sugar espresso with the siphoned Macphie Crème Brûlée and serve.
