Recipe Date, Pistachio and Milk Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- 120g water
- Pistachio paste
- Macphie o.t.t® PLUS White Chocolate dessert topping
- 100g chopped pistachios
- 100g chopped, pitted dates
Method
Mix the Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix with the water in a mixing bowl with 50g of pistachio paste, chopped dates and chopped pistachios, mix on a slow speed until the dough has formed.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Weigh into 150g balls and chill.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 150°C for 18-20 minutes.
Mix some of the pistachio paste with the Macphie o.t.t® PLUS White Chocolate dessert topping in a mixing bowl to taste.
Whilst still slightly warm, pipe the pistachio and white chocolate mix, into and onto the centre to the cookie and decorate with some chopped pistachios.
