Recipe Day of the dead biscuits

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Shortbread Mix
- 400g softened butter
- Coloured icings

Method
Soften the butter and add, along with the Macphie Shortbread Mix, into a mixing bowl attached with a paddle and slowly mix until a dough is formed, allow to rest for 2-3 minutes.
Pin out to 5mm thick.
Use a skull shape cutter to get shapes and place on a lined baking tray.
Bake at 150°C for 25-30 minutes.
Once cooled decorate and create your own designs using different coloured icings.
