Day of the dead biscuits idea from Macphie for your shelves



  1. Soften the butter and add, along with the Macphie Shortbread Mix, into a mixing bowl attached with a paddle and slowly mix until a dough is formed, allow to rest for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Pin out to 5mm thick.

  3. Use a skull shape cutter to get shapes and place on a lined baking tray.

  4. Bake at 150°C for 25-30 minutes.

  5. Once cooled decorate and create your own designs using different coloured icings.
