Recipe Dipped Croissantini’s
Ingredients
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Dark Chocolate Icing
- Day old Croissants
- Melted butter
Method
Slice the day-old croissants into slices around 0.5cm in thickness.
Brush with melted butter and bake in an oven at 170°C until toasted and golden brown.
Heat the Macphie 5th Avenue Dark Chocolate Icing to 45°C and dip the croissants into the icing halfway and allow to set.
