Method

  1. Slice the day-old croissants into slices around 0.5cm in thickness.

  2. Brush with melted butter and bake in an oven at 170°C until toasted and golden brown.

  3. Heat the Macphie 5th Avenue Dark Chocolate Icing to 45°C and dip the croissants into the icing halfway and allow to set.
