Dirty ravioli


  • 150g Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 250g of fresh ravioli (your choice of flavour)
  • Cooking oil
  • Plain flour
  • Salt
  • Rinsed black beans
  • Handful of grated cheddar
  • Guacamole
  • Sliced green olives
  • Chopped coriander
  • Torn basil leaves
  • Halved cherry tomatoes
  • Lime wedges
Nacho Cheese Sauce

Method Makes 3-4 to share or 2 as a main portion

  1. Toss the raviolis in a little flour seasoned with salt. If you have a deep fat fryer, fry the raviolis until golden brown. Alternatively, you can shallow fry the raviolis in a large frying pan.

  2. Once browned, dry the raviolis on a paper towel for a minute and season with salt before transferring to a large oven proof plate or tray.

  3. Sprinkle the grated cheddar evenly over the top and pop into a hot oven until the cheese has melted.

  4. Heat the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce in a microwavable bowl and drizzle over the fried raviolis along with all the other garnishes.
