Method

  1. Bring Macphie Chocolate Pot to the boil, add the milk chocolate, stirring continuously for 1-2 mins until the chocolate has melted.

  2. Pour into a glass and allow to set for 2 hours in the fridge.

  3. Place Macphie Crème Brûlée into a saucepan and the white chocolate, bring to the boil, stirring continuously, pour over the chocolate layer and allow to set.

  4. Top with whipped Macphie Mactop® Traditional, grated dark chocolate and a flake.
