Recipe Double “hot” chocolate

Ingredients
- 500ml Macphie Chocolate Pot
- 60g milk chocolate
- 200ml Macphie Crème Brûlée
- 30g white chocolate
- Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- Dark chocolate
- Flake

Method
Bring Macphie Chocolate Pot to the boil, add the milk chocolate, stirring continuously for 1-2 mins until the chocolate has melted.
Pour into a glass and allow to set for 2 hours in the fridge.
Place Macphie Crème Brûlée into a saucepan and the white chocolate, bring to the boil, stirring continuously, pour over the chocolate layer and allow to set.
Top with whipped Macphie Mactop® Traditional, grated dark chocolate and a flake.
