Easter biscuits



  1. Soften the butter and add, along with the Macphie Shortbread Mix, into a mixing bowl attached with a paddle and slowly mix until a dough is formed, allow to rest for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Pin out to 5mm thick. Use an egg shape cutter and rabbit shaped cutter to get shapes and place on a lined baking tray.

  3. Bake for 25minutess at 150°C for 25-30 minutes.

  4. Once cooled decorate and create your own designs using Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing with food colourings to suit

  5. Use the marshmallows for the rabbit’s tail.
