Recipe Easter brownie nest
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Brownie Mix
- Macphie Mixed Berry Flavour Non-Hydrogenated Sweet Snow®
- Chocolate eggs
- 130g vegetable oil
- 290g water
- Premade chocolate nest
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the water, vegetable oil and Macphie Brownie Mix.
Beat for 1 minute on slow speed.
Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed.
Bake for 40 minutes at 175°C then cut out desired shape once cooled.
Dust over Macphie Mixed Berry Flavour Non-Hydrogenated Sweet Snow® and decorate with the premade chocolate nest and easter chocolate.
