Recipe Easter cookie
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- 120g water
- Macphie Buttercream Frosting
- Pink food colouring
- Orange food colouring
- Blue food colouring
- Purple food colouring
- White fondant icing
- Easter decor
- Chocolate eggs
- Chocolate
Method
Mix the Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix and water together to form a dough.
Spread and mould to desired shape then chill down before baking.
Bake at 170⁰c for approx. 15 minutes or until baked.
Once baked and cooled roll fondant icing to same size and place on top.
Colour Macphie Buttercream Frosting with food safe colours (Pink, Orange, Purple and Blue) and place into a piping bag fitted with a nozzle and pipe around the cookie to create a colourful design.
Melt chocolate then pipe your desired message in the centre using the melted chocolate.
Decorate cookie with chocolate eggs and easter decorations.
