Method Makes 30 cupcakes

  1. Add the margarine and Macphie Celebration Cake Mix to a mixer fitted with a beater and mix on slow speed for 1 minute.

  2. Add 300g of the water and mix for one minute on slow speed then scrape down.

  3. Continue mixing for a further four minutes on middle speed and add the remaining 175g of water then mix for another two minutes on slow speed.

  4. Deposit 50g into muffin cases and place on a baking tray

  5. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 25 – 30 minutes.

  6. Once baked, leave to cool before decorating with Macphie 5th Avenue® Icings range and Macphie Frostings range.
