Recipe Easter cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Celebration Cake Mix
- 100g margarine
- 475g water
- Macphie Frostings range
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Icings range
Method Makes 30 cupcakes
Add the margarine and Macphie Celebration Cake Mix to a mixer fitted with a beater and mix on slow speed for 1 minute.
Add 300g of the water and mix for one minute on slow speed then scrape down.
Continue mixing for a further four minutes on middle speed and add the remaining 175g of water then mix for another two minutes on slow speed.
Deposit 50g into muffin cases and place on a baking tray
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 25 – 30 minutes.
Once baked, leave to cool before decorating with Macphie 5th Avenue® Icings range and Macphie Frostings range.
