Ingredients
- Macphie Hollandaise Sauce
- or Macphie Hollandaise Sauce made with Free Range Egg
- Boiled eggs
- Cress
- Baguette
Method
Slice open the baguette.
Spread a layer of Macphie Hollandaise Sauce on one side of the baguette.
Layer the sliced egg, cress followed with another layer of Macphie Hollandaise Sauce and repeat to form to layers of filling.
Cut and serve.
