Method

  1. Pour your Macphie Madagascan Vanilla Crème Brûlée into a saucepan and bring  to the boil and keep boiling for 1 minute, stirring continuously.

  2. Add in your preferred eggnog alcohol to taste.

  3. Give it a stir then then pour into your prebaked tart case.

  4. Cool slightly and then refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until set.

  5. Whip up the Macphie Mactop® Traditional.

  6. Garnish the top of the tart with piping of the Macphie Mactop® Traditional. then scatter Christmas decorations all over.

  7. Slice and enjoy!
