Recipe Eggnog Crème Brûlée Tart
Ingredients
- Prebaked tart case
- Macphie Madagascan Vanilla Crème Brûlée
- Christmas decorations - gingerbread men, chocolate stars, etc
- Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- Rum, brandy or bourbon
Method
Pour your Macphie Madagascan Vanilla Crème Brûlée into a saucepan and bring to the boil and keep boiling for 1 minute, stirring continuously.
Add in your preferred eggnog alcohol to taste.
Give it a stir then then pour into your prebaked tart case.
Cool slightly and then refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until set.
Whip up the Macphie Mactop® Traditional.
Garnish the top of the tart with piping of the Macphie Mactop® Traditional. then scatter Christmas decorations all over.
Slice and enjoy!
