Method

  1. Place the Macphie Black Forest Sensation®,  water and oil into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.

  2. Mix on a slow speed for 1 minute then scrape down.

  3. Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.

  4. Bake as a whole sheet around 2/3cm thick at 160°C for around 40 mins.

  5. Once cooked portion into required equal lengths for a layered slice.

  6. Between each layer spread some whipped Macphie Mactop® Extra and repeat the process. Place in the blast freezer to firm up.

  7. Once firm portion into equal pieces, decorate with some more piped Macphie Mactop® Extra and coloured Macphie Sweet Snow® and cherries. Alternatively Dip into some melted chocolate and garnish with some chocolate shavings and coco powder.
