Fish and chips pizza made using Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce



  1. Roll or stretch your pizza base out on a floured surface.

  2. Cover the base with Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce.

  3. Load the pizza with the cod bites, lattice fries and mushy peas.

  4. Bake in a hot oven until the base is cooked and the edges are brown and crispy.

  5. Finish with tartar sauce and lemon wedges (and lots of salt and vinegar!!)
