Recipe Fish and chips pizza

Ingredients
- 300g ready-to-use pizza dough
- Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce
- Battered cod bites
- Lattice fries
- Mushy peas
- Tartare sauce (see Macphie recipe)
- Lemon wedges
- Salt and vinegar

Method
Roll or stretch your pizza base out on a floured surface.
Cover the base with Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce.
Load the pizza with the cod bites, lattice fries and mushy peas.
Bake in a hot oven until the base is cooked and the edges are brown and crispy.
Finish with tartar sauce and lemon wedges (and lots of salt and vinegar!!)
