Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Macfil
- 1kg Macphie Celebration Cake Mix
- 475g water
- 100g cake margarine
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Icing range
Method
Place Macphie Celebration Cake Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a beater, add in the cake margarine and mix for 1 minute on slow.
Add 300g of water and mix for a minute on slow, scrape down. Mix for 4 minutes on medium speed and add the remaining 175g water and then mix for a final 2 minutes on slow speed.
Deposit batter into 18 x 30 sheets and bake for 40 – 50 minutes at 180⁰C.
Once cool cut into squares.
Place Macphie Macfil into a bowl fitted with a beater, add in 110g of water and beat for approx. 8 minutes.
Place into a piping bag with a round nozzle and pipe bulbs of Macphie Macfil onto the centre of the cake squares.
Heat up desired 5th Avenue® icing to 40-45⁰C and enrobe fully and place onto a wire rack into set.
Place into a paper case.
