Recipe Frozen raspberry souffle

Ingredients
- 500g Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- 100g Macphie ku-li® Raspberry fruit coulis
- Freeze dried raspberries
- Macphie Sweet Snow®

Method
Whip up 500g Macphie Mactop® Traditional on a medium speed until soft peaks are formed. This will take 5-6 minutes.
Once whipped fold through 100g Macphie ku-li® Raspberry fruit coulis ensuring its incorporated completely.
Place mixture into a piping bag.
Pipe into pre lined ramekins with acetate allowing you to pipe above the edge of the ramakin leaving a flat top.
Allow to freeze before serving (note it won’t freeze completely hard and will be perfect as is ready to serve).
Garnish with Macphie Sweet Snow® & freeze dried raspberries.
