Fruit-shaped biscuits


Method Makes 28 biscuits

  1. Place Macphie Shortbread Mix into a machine bowl with softened butter.

  2. Blend until the butter clears the bowl and the shortbread comes together.

  3. Pin out to 4mm thick.

  4. Bake for 25minutess at 150°C for 25-30 minutes.

  5. Once cool, sandwich together with fruit conserve & Macphie Rainbow Frosting Vanilla.

  6. Colour Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing with desired colours.

  7. Heat the icing to 40-45°C and dip/coat the biscuits.

  8. Finish as desired with edible leaves, chocolate stalks etc.
