Recipe Fruit-shaped biscuits

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Shortbread Mix
- 400g softened butter (or a vegan alternative)
- Macphie Rainbow Frosting Vanilla
- OR Macphie Vegan Frosting Vanilla
- Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing
- Gel-based colours
- Tempered chocolate (or a vegan chocolate)
- Edible icing leaves
- Fruit conserve

Method Makes 28 biscuits
Place Macphie Shortbread Mix into a machine bowl with softened butter.
Blend until the butter clears the bowl and the shortbread comes together.
Pin out to 4mm thick.
Bake for 25minutess at 150°C for 25-30 minutes.
Once cool, sandwich together with fruit conserve & Macphie Rainbow Frosting Vanilla.
Colour Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing with desired colours.
Heat the icing to 40-45°C and dip/coat the biscuits.
Finish as desired with edible leaves, chocolate stalks etc.
