Method

  1. Bring Macphie Crème Brulée to the boil in the microwave, ensuring that it boils for at least 1 minute, once this has boiled stir in 10% of gold chocolate.

  2. Set the mix into mini pots and leave for at least an hour to set.

  3. Whip 100g of Macphie Mactop® Traditional until stiff peaks and place into a piping bag with a nozzle.

  4. Slice the poached rhubarb into a small dice.

  5. Once the pots are set, pipe on top with the whipped Macphie Mactop® Traditional, and garnish with rhubarb and biscuit crumb.
