Recipe Gold chocolate crème brulee pot
Ingredients
- Gold chocolate
- Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- Macphie Crème Brulée
- Biscuit crumbs
- Poached rhubarb
Method
Bring Macphie Crème Brulée to the boil in the microwave, ensuring that it boils for at least 1 minute, once this has boiled stir in 10% of gold chocolate.
Set the mix into mini pots and leave for at least an hour to set.
Whip 100g of Macphie Mactop® Traditional until stiff peaks and place into a piping bag with a nozzle.
Slice the poached rhubarb into a small dice.
Once the pots are set, pipe on top with the whipped Macphie Mactop® Traditional, and garnish with rhubarb and biscuit crumb.
