Recipe Halloween pumpkins

Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie American Carrot Cake Mix
- 200g water
- 300g grated butternut squash
- Macphie Rainbow Frosting Vanilla
- Orange food colour
- Melted chocolate

Method
Place all the ingredients into Hobart bowl and mix for 1 minute on 1st speed, scrape down then 3 minutes on 2nd speed.
Deposit batter into greased spheres.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Mix Macphie Rainbow Frosting Vanilla and orange food colour.
Once cooled trim off the peak to give you a flat bottom, sandwich together with orange frosting.
Mask cakes with orange frosting and try to get as smooth appearance as possible.
Melt chocolate and pipe into a bowl full of iced water to give a branch effect.
Once dry attach a chocolate stem to each pumpkin cake.
