Recipe Hasselback potatoes

Ingredients
- Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce
- Small or baby potatoes
- Thyme
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Rock salt

Method
Wash & pat dry potatoes.
Slice thinly 2/3rds of the way through the potatoes.
Place on a roasting tin with garlic & thyme.
Drizzle with olive oil to ensure an even coat & sprinkle with rock salt.
Roast for 30 minutes until soft & golden.
Gently heat some Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce.
Once roasted place hasselback potatoes onto serving place and dress using the garlic & thyme from the roasting tin.
Dress with Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce.
