Method

  1. Wash & pat dry potatoes.

  2. Slice thinly 2/3rds of the way through the potatoes.

  3. Place on a roasting tin with garlic & thyme.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil to ensure an even coat & sprinkle with rock salt.

  5. Roast for 30 minutes until soft & golden.

  6. Gently heat some Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce.

  7. Once roasted place hasselback potatoes onto serving place and dress using the garlic & thyme from the roasting tin.

  8. Dress with Macphie Plant-based Cheese Sauce.
