Ingredients
- 1000g Vegan Muffin & Cake Mix
- 370g water
- 170g vegetable oil
- 1000g Vegan Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix
- 475g water
- 270g vegetable oil
- 75g vegan glycerine
- Macphie Rainbow Frosting Chocolate

Method Makes 1 cake
Place the Vegan Muffin & Cake Mix in a mixer fitted with a beater and add the water, vegetable oil and vegan glycerine. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down well then mix on middle speed for 6 minutes.
Divide the mix into two and colour using natural food colours and deposit in 2 prepared 7” x 12” baking tins. Bake at 180⁰C for 30-35 minutes.
Once cooled cut out the required shapes for the hidden centre.
Place the Vegan Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix in a mixer fitted with a beater and add the water, vegetable oil and vegan glycerine. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down well then mix on middle speed for 6 minutes.
Prep 2lb loaf tin and deposit 1/3 cake batter into tin and place cut out shapes in a line onto the batter. Cover the shapes with remaining 2/3 cake batter. Bake at 180⁰C for 50-55 minutes.
Once cool finish using Macphie Rainbow Frosting Chocolate to decorate.
