1. Add egg to Macphie Plain Crème Cake Mix and mix for 3 minutes on medium speed. Scrape down and add oil and water and mix for 3 minutes on slow speed.

  2. Deposit 800g bater into 8″ round cake tin.

  3. Bake at 175⁰C for 45-50 minutes.

  4. Once cool, divide into three layers.

  5. Spread with vanilla and strawberry ice cream.

  6. Whip Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative and divide into three, colour two, two shades of pink.

  7. Coat the outside of the cake with the coloured Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative, graduating the colour to match the ice-cream.

  8. Finish with the uncoloured whipped Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative rosettes and sprinkles.
