Ingredients
- Macphie o.t.t® PLUS White Chocolate dessert topping
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix
- 120g water
- Soft serve ice cream
- Macphie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- Flaky chocolate
Method Makes 5-6 portions
Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle. Add the water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed. Roll into 80g balls.
On a lined baking tray bake the cookies at 170°C for 15 minutes.
Leave to cool slightly on the tray then transfer the cookies to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Fill the cookies with soft serve ice cream and make a sandwich.
Drizzle with Macphie o.t.t® PLUS White Chocolate dessert topping followed by the Macphie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough pieces and flaky chocolate
