Recipe Kato burger

Ingredients
- Ripe avocado
- Black onion seeds
- Beef burger patty
- Sliced beef tomato
- Sliced lettuce
- Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce

Method
Half, peel and de-seed the avocado, sprinkle one half with the black onion seeds.
Season and cook the burger patty and heat up the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce.
Using the avocado as the ‘bun’, build the burger with the patty, sliced tomato and lettuce.
Finish with the hot nacho cheese sauce and top the black onion seeded avocado half.
