1. Mix the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce with harissa paste to taste and gently warm through.

  2. Grill your lamb koftas until charred and cooked through.

  3. Place the cooked koftas into each bun (see here for the recipe using Macphie Softie®

  4. Generously drizzle with the harissa nacho cheese sauce and top with red cabbage, pickled red onions, chopped coriander & pomegranate seeds.

  5. Serve with a wedge of lime.
