Recipe Kunafa topped brownie
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Brownie Mix
- 290g water
- Kunafa pastry dough fried
- Pistachio paste
- Chocolate
- 130g vegetable oil
- Gold leaf
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add vegetable oil and water to the Macphie Brownie Mix.
Beat for 1 minute on slow speed.
Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed and bake at 175°C for 40 minutes.
Mix kunafa dough and the pistachio paste together and pour over the baked brownie.
Mix 10% oil in melted chocolate then pour over pistachio mix.
Once set portion to desired size, enjoy!
