Ingredients

  • 1kg Macphie Brownie Mix
  • 290g water
  • Kunafa pastry dough fried
  • Pistachio paste
  • Chocolate
  • 130g vegetable oil
  • Gold leaf

Method

  1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add vegetable oil and water to the Macphie Brownie Mix.

  2. Beat for 1 minute on slow speed.

  3. Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed and bake at 175°C for 40 minutes.

  4. Mix kunafa dough and the pistachio paste together and pour over the baked brownie.

  5. Mix 10% oil in melted chocolate then pour over pistachio mix.

  6. Once set portion to desired size, enjoy!
