Recipe Layered black forest dessert
Ingredients
- Macphie ku-li® Raspberry fruit coulis
- 1kg Macphie Black Forest Sensation®
- Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- Raspberries
- 350g water
- 250g vegetable oil
Method
Place the Macphie Black Forest Sensation®, water and oil into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
Mix on a slow speed for 1 minute then scrape down.
Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.
Bake at 180°C or 40-45 minutes.
Once baked cut out a ring for your base.
Add a layer of Macphie ku-li® Raspberry fruit coulis.
Pipe a layer of whipped Macphie Mactop® Traditional then garnish with raspberries filled with Macphie ku-li® Raspberry fruit coulis.
