Recipe Layered salted caramel pots
Method
Place Macphie Salted Caramel Pot into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously for 1-2mins.
Pour into desired serving dish, cool slightly then refrigerate for approx. 2 hrs until set.
Pipe whipped Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative on top of the set salted caramel pot.
Squeeze a layer of Macphie o.t.t® Salted Caramel dessert topping onto the cream and sprinkle with crushed up shortbread (made using Macphie Shortbread Mix – recipe here: https://www.macphie.com/recipes/shortbread-fingers).
