Recipe Lemon cruffin
Ingredients
- Macphie Buttercream Frosting
- Macphie Lemon Flavour Fine Non-Hydrogenated Sweet Snow®
- Premade laminated dough
- Macphie o.t.t® Sicilian Lemon dessert topping
- Lemon decorations
Method
Roll and cut the premade laminated dough.
Place into a lined muffin tin and allow to prove.
Bake at 190°c for 18-22 minutes until fully baked.
Remove from the tins and allow to cool.
Fill with some Macphie o.t.t® Sicilian Lemon dessert topping.
Top with with Macphie Buttercream Frosting, Macphie Lemon Flavour Fine Non-Hydrogenated Sweet Snow® and some lemon decorations.
