Recipe Lemon cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1000g Macphie Lemon Crème Cake mix
- 350g egg
- 300g vegetable oil
- 200g water
- 100g Macphie Vanilla frosting with lemon colour and flavour mixed through
- 50g Macphie Vanilla Frosting
- Decorations
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Lemon Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.
Add the vegetable oil and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.
Beat the Macphie Vanilla Frosting with yellow food colouring and lemon. Place the frosting into a pipping bag with a starred nozzle.
Also place into another piping bag plain Macphie Vanilla Frosting with a starred nozzle.
Decorate the Macphie Lemon Crème Cake cupcakes.
And finish with decorations.
