Method

  1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Lemon Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.

  2. Add the vegetable oil and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed.

  3. Beat the Macphie Vanilla Frosting with yellow food colouring and lemon. Place the frosting into a pipping bag with a starred nozzle.

  4. Also place into another piping bag plain Macphie Vanilla Frosting with a starred nozzle.

  5. Decorate the Macphie Lemon Crème Cake cupcakes.

  6. And finish with decorations.
