Method

  1. Pour Macphie Sicilian Lemon Pot into a saucepan and gently heat to 85-90ºC (185-195ºF), stirring continuously.
  2. Line shot glasses with Macphie Raspberry ku-li® and place two fresh raspberries in each.
  3. Fill with heated Macphie Sicilian Lemon Pot and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
  4. Garnish with grated lemon zest.
