Recipe Lemon Tiramisu

Method Makes 8 servings

1. Make Macphie Lemon Sensation® Cake according to the traybake recipe on pack.
2. When cool, cut into 3 equal layers.
3. Lightly whip Macphie GlenDelight® and blend with mascarpone cheese.
4. Pipe layer of mascarpone cheese and Macphie GlenDelight® mixture on top of Macphie Lemon Sensation® Cake followed by lemon curd.
5. Top with next layer of Macphie Lemon Sensation® Cake.
6. Repeat layer of mascarpone cheese, Macphie GlenDelight®, lemon curd and place final layer of Macphie Lemon Sensation® Cake on top.
7. Dust with Macphie Sweet Snow®.
