Recipe Limoncello Posset
Ingredients
- 1 litre Macphie Sicilian Lemon Dessert
- 70 - 100ml Limoncello (to taste)
- Macphie Glendelight® whipped

Method
- Pour Macphie Sicilian Lemon Pot into a saucepan, bring to the boil and boil vigorously for 2 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add Limoncello and allow to cool.
- Fold Lemon mix into whipped Macphie GlenDelight® and pour into glasses of your choice.
- Place into the fridge for 1-2 hours or until set.
- Garnish with raspberries and mint.
