Recipe Loaded brownies

Ingredients
- 1000g Brownie Mix
- 290g cold water
- 130g unsalted butter
- 75g chocolate (minimum 50% cocoa content)
- 400g Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Method
Place Macphie Brownie Mix in a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add in the melted butter and chocolate, mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
Add water, scrape down and mix for 2 minutes on slow speed.
For 18×30 sheets, deposit between 4-5kg and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180⁰C.
Sprinkle the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough pieces on top (note these must be kept frozen so pop on top from the freezer at the point of serving).
