Loaded dough balls - made using Macphie Pizza Topping

  1. Put half of your sliced pepperoni on a baking tray and cook in a hot oven until crispy, then break up into crumbly pieces.

  2. Lay out your doughballs in a baking dish and layer up with then Macphie Pizza Topping, Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce and pepperoni.

  3. Bake in a hot oven until golden brown.

  4. Finish with fresh basil leaves and the crispy pepperoni.
