Method

  1. Make a chocolate ganache by melting 100g dark chocolate and mixing with 100g Macphie Mactop® Extra, allow to chill before transferring into a piping bag.

  2. Melt a further 200g dark chocolate.

  3. Whisk 500ml of Macphie Mactop® Extra, once 3 times in volume, add in the 200g melted dark chocolate and mix until combined. Place into a piping bag and keep to one side.

  4. Make and bake soft and chewy cookies by mixing 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix with 120g water and 150g milk chocolate pieces, and 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix with 120g water and 150g white chocolate pieces.

    Form into 50g balls and chill. Bake on 160°C for 8-10 minutes and allow to chill.

  5. Decorate the egg with the cream and ganache, broken pieces of cookie, Macphie Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and sugar-coated chocolate eggs.
