Ingredients
- 250g Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 2 large baking potatoes
- 150g bacon lardons
- Chives
- Spring onions
- Salt & pepper

Method Makes 4 portions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Wash baking potatoes, dry off and prick all over, bake for 1-1½ hours until the skins are crisp.
- Once slightly cooled, cut potatoes lengthways and scoop out the insides into a bowl.
- Mix the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce, cooked bacon lardons, cheese, chives, spring onion and seasoning with the potato you scooped out.
- Place the filling back into the skins and cook in the oven for around 15-20 minutes.
- When cooked remove from the oven and garnish with some chopped chives.
- Enjoy with warm Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce as a dip.
