Nacho Cheese Sauce

Method Makes 4 portions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. Wash baking potatoes, dry off and prick all over, bake for 1-1½ hours until the skins are crisp.

  3. Once slightly cooled, cut potatoes lengthways and scoop out the insides into a bowl.

  4. Mix the Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce, cooked bacon lardons, cheese, chives, spring onion and seasoning with the potato you scooped out.

  5. Place the filling back into the skins and cook in the oven for around 15-20 minutes.

  6. When cooked remove from the oven and garnish with some chopped chives.

  7. Enjoy with warm Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce as a dip.
