Recipe Luxury Brownie
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Brownie Mix
- 290g water
- 130g salted butter
- 75g dark chocolate
- Macphie Chocolate pot with added 40% dark chocolate
- Coco powder
Method
Melt the butter with the chocolate over a Bain Marie.
Add the Macphie Brownie Mix and the water into a mixing bowl and begin to mix, add in the melted butter and chocolate mix and continue to mix on a medium speed for 4 minutes until a smooth batter is formed.
Deposit into a lined baking tray and bake on 150°C for 25-30 minutes until baked, but still fudgy in the centre, allow to cool.
Heat the Macphie Chocolate Pot until boiling, add in 40% of good quality dark chocolate (minimum 53% cocoa solids) and stir until fully melted.
Deposit on top of the brownie and allow to chill.
Portion and dust with coco powder.
