Recipe M cake

Method

1. Add the Macphie Celebration Cake Mix, 600g of the water and the oil into a mixing bowl with a paddle.

2. Start the mix on slow for 30 seconds to incorporate ingredients.

3. Mix for 4 minutes on medium speed.

4. Add the remaining 350g water.

5. Deposit into a lined baking tin and bake at 170°C for 1 hour (or until baked).

6. Once baked and chilled, level off the top and carve into your desired shape.

7. Decorate as required using Macphie Frostings.
