Method

  1. Place Macphie Sponge Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a whisk and add 550g water, whisk for 8 minutes on medium speed.

  2. Deposit 1kg batter into a 18×30″, lined & greased 4 sided tray and spread out evenly. Bake for 5-7 minutes at 250⁰C until golden brown.

  3. Empty out onto greaseproof paper dusted with caster sugar, once slightly cool, roll up.

  4. Place Macphie Macfil into a bowl fitted with a whisk and add 220g water and whisk for approx. 8 minutes.

  5. Unravel the Swiss roll and spread on an even layer of Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mango & Passionfruit dessert topping, followed by an even layer of Macphie Macfil. 

  6. Roll back up into a Swiss roll & decorate with a drizzle of Macphie fru-ti o.t.t® Mango & Passionfruit dessert topping.
