Recipe Maple and siracha mini chicken waffles
Ingredients
- Macphie o.t.t® Maple Flavour syrup dessert topping
- 500g Macphie Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix
- 600g water
- 130g melted butter
- Watercress
- Breaded chicken fillets
- Siracha
Method
Heat up the waffle iron.
Place Macphie Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix and water into a bowl with the melted butter & whisk until smooth.
Ladle the waffle batter onto the waffle iron and cook until golden brown & crispy.
Fry or bake the chicken fillets until fully cooked.
Once cooked place into a bowl and drizzle with Macphie o.t.t® Maple Flavour syrup dessert topping and toss until evenly coated.
Place onto hot waffles along with watercress and drizzle with siracha sauce.
Top with another waffle.
