Maple and siracha mini chicken waffles idea from Macphie

Method

  1. Heat up the waffle iron.
  2. Place Macphie Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix and water into a bowl with the melted butter & whisk until smooth.
  3. Ladle the waffle batter onto the waffle iron and cook until golden brown & crispy.
  4. Fry or bake the chicken fillets until fully cooked.
  5. Once cooked place into a bowl and drizzle with Macphie o.t.t® Maple Flavour syrup dessert topping and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Place onto hot waffles along with watercress and drizzle with siracha sauce.
  7. Top with another waffle.
