Method

  1. Place the Macphie Ginger Sensation®, water and vegetable oil into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.

  2. Mix on a slow speed for 1 minute then scrape down.

  3. Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.

  4. Deposit as required and bake at 180°C for 35 mins approx.

  5. Once cool, top with Macphie 5th Avenue® Maple Flavour Icing and Macphie Sweet Snow®
