Recipe Maple mini bundt cake
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Ginger Sensation®
- 350g water
- 250g vegetable oil
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Maple Flavour Icing
- Macphie Sweet Snow®
Method
Place the Macphie Ginger Sensation®, water and vegetable oil into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.
Mix on a slow speed for 1 minute then scrape down.
Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.
Deposit as required and bake at 180°C for 35 mins approx.
Once cool, top with Macphie 5th Avenue® Maple Flavour Icing and Macphie Sweet Snow®
