Recipe Marmite cheese and truffle chip butty

Ingredients
- 100g Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce
- 20g marmite
- 5g truffle
- 20g parmesan
- 100g chunky chips
- 2 slices white bloomer

Method
Add the marmite and truffle into the Macphie Cheddar Cheese Sauce (add more to taste if required).
Deep fry the chunky chips.
Spread some of the sauce onto a slice of bloomer and add the chips, generously sauce the chips and top with the other slice of bloomer.
Finish with freshly grated parmesan and truffle.
