Recipe Matcha Blondie
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Blondie Mix
- Matcha Tea Powder
- 190g Oil
- 190g Water
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add vegetable oil and water to Macphie Blondie Mix, add in matcha powder to desired colour
Beat for 1 minute on slow.
Beat for 3 minutes on medium.
Bake at 175 °C fan assisted for 30-35 minutes
