Recipe Matcha Bundt cake
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Plain Crème Cake Mix
- Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing
- Matcha Tea Powder
- 305g Whole Egg
- 300g Vegetable oil
- 200g Water
- Sugar paste green food colouring
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Plain Crème Cake Mix and 10% Matcha tea powder and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed
Add the oil/margarine and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed
Deposit into a bundt tin and bake at 150°C for 1 hour or until fully baked
Allow to cool slightly before turning out from the tin
Colour Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing with sugar paste green food colouring
Decorate accordingly
