Method

  1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Plain Crème Cake Mix and 10% Matcha tea powder and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed

  2. Add the oil/margarine and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed

  3. Deposit into a bundt tin and bake at 150°C for 1 hour or until fully baked

  4. Allow to cool slightly before turning out from the tin

  5. Colour Macphie 5th Avenue® White Icing with sugar paste green food colouring

  6. Decorate accordingly
