Method

  1. Place Shortbread Mix, softened butter and 10% Matcha Tea Powder into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle.

  2. Mix on slow speed until a stiff dough is formed.

  3. Place into a tray around 3cm in thickness and bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.

  4. Allow to cool.

  5. Heat up the Macphie Luxury Caramel Filling to 55°C until fluid, deposit onto of the shortbread to flood and set.

  6. Heat up 180g of dark chocolate with 20g of rapeseed oil and keep in a piping bag.

  7. Heat up 180g of white chocolate with 20g of rapeseed oil and keep in a piping bag.

  8. Whilst still hot deposit the chocolate onto of the set caramel as required and allow to set.

  9. Portion and serve.
