Recipe Mexican chicken calzones
Ingredients
- Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce
- Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
- Pizza base (make using Macphie Softie®)
- Chicken pieces
- Onions
- Jalapenos
- Cheese
Method
Spread Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce onto a pizza base (to make using Macphie Softie® see https://www.macphie.com/products/softie).
Place spicy chicken pieces, onions, jalapenos (we used Cooks & Co Sliced Green Jalapenos), mushrooms & cheese into the dough and drizzle on Macphie Nacho Cheese Sauce
Fold the dough over and seal well.
Place into a pizza oven at 300°C for 60 – 90 seconds until cooked.
