Method
After filling your caramelised puff pastry sheets with our Macphie Fillings Range
Turn on its side and with a St Honore piping nozzle pipe semi whipped Macphie Mactop® Traditional with a touch of vanilla paste mixed through, over the top of the filled pastry
Garnish with desired décor and chosen fruit
