Recipe Mini Crème Brûlée tarts
Ingredients
- Macphie Crème Brûlée
- Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- Strawberries and lemon zest to garnish
- Pastry cases
- Caster sugar
Method
Boil your Macphie Crème Brulee for 1 minute then pour into your pastry cases, leave to set.
Once set, cover the top in caster and use a blow torch to Brulée the top.
Once whipped pipe on the tart, garnish with strawberries and lemon zest and enjoy!
