Method

  1. Boil your Macphie Crème Brulee for 1 minute then pour into your pastry cases, leave to set.

  2. Once set, cover the top in caster and use a blow torch to Brulée the top.

  3. Whip Macphie Mactop® Traditional.

  4. Once whipped pipe on the tart, garnish with strawberries and lemon zest and enjoy!
